Expert repair work, super friendly and helpful with every watch repair, regardless of whether it was purchased on-site. Highly recommended. Parking is available in front of the shop, albeit in very tight spaces.

Very friendly people, great service, very trustworthy. Replacing the battery in my vintage Omega cost a reasonable €5. I found the shop by chance while googling. It doesn't necessarily have to be in Hamburg or Lüneburg.

The shop exudes a cozy, friendly atmosphere, combined with the high level of competence and helpfulness of everyone. Regarding a complicated watch repair, I received very friendly support over the phone, which isn't always a given. Thank you.

A very nice shop, good advice and a great selection of jewelry. If they don't have something in stock, they'll do their best to get it for you. They also replace watch batteries. There's plenty of parking in front of the shop. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, there are too few, if any, watchmakers left in rural areas. I was so glad to have found one in Lauenburg. The owners were very friendly and competent, and they got my three watches working again very quickly. Thank you so much!

I had some jewelry cleaned and repaired. I'm absolutely thrilled. Everything looks brand new. The selection is also very diverse. The staff were all incredibly friendly. You can tell right away that the customer is king. I'm now a regular customer there. I'll buy my next gift there right away. THANK YOU :-)

We chose our wedding rings here; we had to bring our children with us on the day. This wasn't a problem at all. Our rings turned out beautifully, and we now wear them with pride and pleasure. The color combination is gorgeous, and the service was outstanding! We'll definitely come back whenever we need advice on jewelry!
